The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Tsugaike ski resort, and also close to the shuttle station, which made exploring other resorts a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, and the dedicated ski equipment storage area was super convenient. Breakfast was a highlight, with both Japanese and Western options to choose from. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

Location is the best 2-3 mins walking to the Gondola, the room is clean as well as the property. Very friendly staff where they're always accommodate us during the stay, reachable when we were struggling with the windows, their response are swift and impressive.

It was extremely cozy and very comfortable to stay in. Raymond, the owner was exceptionally accommodating and nice. He got me from the train station, helped figure out rentals, and cooked breakfast. Can not recommend this property enough!
