Their hospitality is great and run by a sweet family who will make you coffee and make a hot bath for you everyday. Also, the nice owner will drive you from / to the station when you arrived and leaved. They also provide comfy pajama and basic toiletries. Huge common space with kitchen and beautiful view. The accommodation is quite basic, but considering the pricepoint It's hard to beat. Everything you need is here. Included in the price comes a breakfast prepared by a chef. Free tea (or coffee) throughout your stay. The staff is really kind and helpful, the vibe overall is very relaxed. The matress was/is very comfortable, I've been to more luxurious capsule hotels with much higher standard, but when it comes to sleeping, almost impossible because of the thin matressess. This is not the case here, and that's what matters (that you can sleep), right !? For just 2000 yen you can have a dinner, also prepared by the chef. Just a stone throw to Ritsurin garden.

I literally LOVED this place, the girls were super nice and speak good English, the space is nicely decorated with lots of small details, lile the geta grips on the doors : ) It was warm and cosy inside. Free washing machine and dryer. The individual room was spacious and good Internet connection. Just great!!

Everything is tidy and clean. People are adorable. It's nearby the train and the boats to Naoshima / Teshima. They recommended an amazing place to have dinner. We felt in love with the house.
