The staff at Namba Guesthouse are very welcoming. Ryotan was friendly and helpful. I think this hostel is the perfect combination of "chill" and "social". If you're looking to be social, there are plenty of opportunities to be. If you want some space, the common area is relaxing with mood music and lighting. The bathrooms in our mixed dorm were exceptionally clean and updated. You're also right above a direct subway station, which makes getting to any place in Osaka a 20-minute subway--really convenient.

New place on the map of Osaka but already well established ( I was staying in other places in that city too so I have comparisons ). It's very cosy, clean and nice, have great location, and the stuff is absolutely brilliant, I must especially mention Itsuko because she deserves my special thanks for helping me with moving my heavy luggage to my next point of journey via luggage service - she is everything that I would love to see in each new place I am checking in. Highly recommend place for staying in Osaka !

The location is not in the center, but still in a very good neighborhood. The next station for the subway is within a 10 minute walk, and from there, one is able to get to Dotonbori in 10-15 minutes. Their are also nice restaurants nearby and the Botanical Garden with a teamLab exhibition is also not far. In addition, everyone at the Hostel was so nice, I couldn't have wished for better hosts. ♥️ I arrived and it immediately felt like home. Thank you!
