The room was very cosy while still having modern amenities, including heating flooring, AC, TV with multiple streaming services and a remote control that you could use to control all amenities listed. Another great feature was an after hours remotely manned kiosk for additional inquiries after hours key access or where you could pick up additional items like water bottles or towels. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating to any and all needs.

I stayed in Bestel Residence in August and I had a great time! The host is exceptionally friendly and kind, she can speak English really well and she can even speak Italian! It was really nice talking with her and she always helped me and recommended great places to visit. The room is really clean and had all the necessary amenities (shampoo, air-conditioning, WiFi, soap, fridge etc) Also, the residence is situated in a great location (near Gangnam) and it's very close to Nambu bus terminal station, so it offers great access to public transportation. I really recommend Bestel Residence to everyone who wants to visit Seoul and is on budget. I had a wonderful time there and I'll definitely book a room again the next time I visit Seoul! It was one of the nicest and cleanest hostels that I've stayed in in Seoul! It was really comfortable, and the location was great, as it's right near the subway and has a lot of great stuff and restaurants around it. It highly recommend it, especially if you want to stay in Gangnam for a good price.

The hotel isn't far from the subway station and the room was a decent size with comfy bed. They also provided Toiletries and bathrobe. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I needed help.

I particularly liked that the property was within walking distance from Seolleung station which was well connected to various areas of interests. It also had many eateries around the corner (keep an eye for the fried chicken & beer shop) which was very convenient. There was also a big supermarket as well as small convenience stores (Seven-Eleven, GS25). The manager Mr Jun Hee was very very helpful and friendly. He is always ready to help in whichever way he can and that only enhances the experience. The conviviality of the hostel where around 8pm everyone gathers in the common area for a quick meal or chitchat also renders the experience a truly amazing one. The two lovely girls who work there are also very nice.. Sayong and Gracie. I recommend and will definitely stay there whenever I go back to Korea.

Living here was comfortable. It was silent and cosy. Everything was new. For the Seoul the room size was big, I liked it very much. Also it's located between two metro stations, so you can choose which you prefer.
