The reception is staffed 24-7, and the staff were friendly and helpful, most had excellent English. Location good for exploring and for local cafes. The staff were gracious and helpful, the building was clean and felt safe, and the room was perfect. The location is also a bonus, close to the historic center and all the beautiful old buildings.
