An absolute gem for authentic, chilled beach bungalow vibes! The location, the views, miles and miles of beach, the pool, the atmosphere were all tops. But what makes Drifters special is definitely the fabulous staff and of course the food! Try everything on the menu, especially the coconut prawn curry and the spicy mango-ginger-cinnamon juice. I'll be back for sure! Asante sana!

I can't say enough good things about this place! Perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, the best we've ever tasted on Zanzibar. We stayed in the loft accommodation which has a huge comfy bed and it's very cozy. The accommodation is straight on the beach, the restaurant has a lot of food choices and is always serving food. Breakfast was very good and the coffee amazing. It is an excellent accommodation choice if you want a chilled vibe, being on the beach, for a good price. The staff is wonderful and they always try their best to help out with anything. Definitely recommended!
