Sishaus Hostel is ideally set in the centre of Graz, and features a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. The property is around 400 metres from Casino Graz, 800 metres from Graz Clock Tower and 500 metres from Graz Town Hall. The property is non-smoking and is situated 300 metres from Grazer Landhaus. It was clean and good value for money. But the best thing about our stay is the owner of that place was really helpful. We self checked in around 8pm and found out that our room was occupied by some other guests, since it was self check-in so they advantage of reaching there before and took advantage of the situation but as soon as I discovered this I contacted Yasmin(owner). She was surprised and she was traveling to a different city but luckily she was not far enough and she came to the premises right away and solved our issue and cleaned the room for us and apologized ( even though it wasn't her fault). Apart from that the place in very close to old town and clean. I would definitely suggest everyone if you guys are visiting Graz then stay at this place is good option.
