She was surprised and she was traveling to a different city but luckily she was not far enough and she came to the premises right away and solved our issue and cleaned the room for us and apologized ( even though it wasn't her fault). Apart from that the place in very close to old town and clean. I would definitely suggest everyone if you guys are visiting Graz then stay at this place is good option.
