There were many comfortable places to relax, the kitchen was well stocked, the dorm room had aircon in the evenings, the workstay volunteers were awesome. All in all, we had a great time!

Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Dos Brazos, like hiking. We stayed for over a week and saw an incredible amount of wildlife. Every day we saw something different and amazing whether it was monkeys, a sloth, invertebrates, birds (including toucans, swallow tailed kites, hummingbirds, trogons, woodpeckers, parrots, puffbirds, cuckoos), snakes, frogs. Ron, Val and the team do a really great job of maintaining the hostel and the trails. For such a remote location right in the middle of the rainforest the hostel is extremely well equipped including the kitchen, it looks picturesque, and is comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be truly immersed in nature and see a lot of wildlife.

Great service from the staff, many cool and nice activities to hang out and meet new people, yoga every morning, next to the beach to directly go surfing or to watch the sunset, very central to anything Santa Teresa has to offer, good people, a nice co-working area available for you and amazing rooms that were comfortable. I recommend it completely for anyone visiting Sta Teresa!

Comfy beds, everything you need, waking up with birds in the middle of the garden. Heyner’s family is so nice, his wife is cooking a great breakfast and dinner. They booked the mangrove trip which was amazing and we had horseback riding with Heyner. It was a great experience . We will definitely come back!!

Dorms, private rooms with shared bathroom and family rooms at the Hostel have a balcony with ocean views. It´s a beautiful hostel and the staff are the best: Steven and Patricia were the best hosts evere, they are amazing, informative, really pleasant, they inform you about transportation, tours etc. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms always clean, the food from the restaurant really delicious the cook and the weitress were also great. And the hostel has a nice pool and a great view from the balcony. The bus stop is really close.
