It was clean, grest location, warm and in a safe neighbourhood. Walkable to most placed of interests. Wished I had extended my stay. Will definitely revisit Cluj Napoca and I will stay at this hostel. Robert, thanks for making my stay memorable.

Situé à Moukatcheve, l’établissement Green Kitchen Apartments comprend un jardin. Cette auberge de jeunesse met à votre disposition un parking privé gratuit et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. This was my favorite place I’ve stayed on my trip. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in Mukachevo. 🤩 It’s a great value, super clean, and peaceful. Also, the family that runs it is very kind and helpful- they were patient with my communications through Google translate (I don’t speak any Ukrainian). I had a room to myself and used the shared bathroom. My room had a screen over the window so I could let in the cool night air without mosquitoes coming in. The shared bathroom was impressively clean, and there was shampoo to use in the shower. The bathroom stalls and the shower stall have locks on the door. There’s a lovely green kitchen available for use, too; it was well-stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The overall atmosphere was very peaceful and restful. I mainly stay in hostels, which often feel stuffy and crowded. This was a very nice change! The location is maybe 20 minutes walking from the train station. Helpful notes about finding the apartments: I think it could be difficult to find if you don’t speak Ukrainian or read Cyrillic (like me). I copied the address from Booking and pasted it into Google Maps. From the town, you’ll need to walk over a high pedestrian bridge to cross the train tracks. The apartments are in a big, vacant-looking building just past a small road bridge over a water canal. You need to take the side door into the building. There was always a man watching the door to let me in or out of the building. Take the stairs to level 3. It might feel like you’re in a strange place at first, but the 3rd level where the apartments are is cozy, bright, and welcoming :) Also, make sure you have cash to pay, as they are not able to accept card payments.

Gabriela est une vraie mère pour ses résidents. Vous ne pouvez pas imaginer un établissement plus propre, c'est impossible à trouver. Le lit est confortable. Tout est neuf.

L’établissement Vintage Downtown Hostel se trouve dans le centre de Braşov, à respectivement 200 mètres et 500 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Place du Conseil et The Black Tower. It was a nice hostel in the center of Brasov with a very nice and helpful owner. We had a wonderful stay.

I chose it because of the location and the type of the accomondation, wooden house among trees and mountains. The people were absolutely the best.
