Great location. Nice staff. Had an issue with my safe and they allowed me to lock my stuff in their safe while I went out for the day. Good bar. Didn’t eat there but heard good things about the restaurant and breakfast.

The apartment is in a great location, has a fantastic use of space and is very private. The facilities are excellent and a comfortable bed. Whilst you don’t have parking, Fore Street car park is next door for drop off and there’s cheap parking within a few mins (we parked at Blackfriars car park). The owners are very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I understand it was a budget hotel but it was still more like an hostel rather than an hotel, it is the type of place where you go out on a night and pull and go back and do the deed so to speak. No drink making facilities, no room to swing a cat , bathroom door was see through so no privacy there either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its a great location for all my needs for work in Ipswich, Its a lovely old building with character, plenty of free parking, nice reception and always very polite and professional staff. Rooms are nice and large, beds were comfortable for my needs and contains all you would expect from a budget type hotel.

Staff were so pleasant and welcoming, very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean, spacious and quite, I was in a corridor room and was surprised what good value for money this room was as was their cheapest room, but you wouldn’t have known! Great location too for the high street. Oh and a really tasty freshly prepared breakfast in the morning included in the price.

Great location. Friendly staff. Single room was a nice size. It felt cozy. I felt safe enough on my own. The little packed breakfast was a lovely touch.

Myself and my close friend came on friday 5th march i got us a twin room two single beds we came from Bournemouth to a wedding we stayed two nights left sunday morning. staff were great and helful breakfast was included and plenty of choice. bed was comfy and warm all clean perfect for a cheap stay

Very sweet shepherd's hut perfectly kitted out. Our daughter was in seventh heaven with her bunk bed. Well equipped shared kitchen and all facilities spotless. Great location for exploring Suffolk. Hosts very kind and welcoming, very quick response time. Will visit again.
