Beautiful beachside location, lovely and helpful staff including a full crew of volunteers, teepee was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (if slightly expensive - easy to ignore in such a nice place) and the kitchen is well-stocked. It's about 40 mins into town but the flipside is a great feeling of detachment from the old World. Hammocks are fab. Surprisingly straightforward access given all the "it's really hard to get here" stuff online. We'd love to return one day as volunteers.

You can play darts at the hostel, and the area is popular for cycling. My stay at Puerto dreams was amazing!! The atmosphere is great and the staff and volunteers were very lovely. The hostel is very clean and has great coworking spaces. I especially loved the rooftop for hanging out and meeting other guests. It is possible to rent a scooter at the hostel which is a great option to get around puerto and visit all of the different beaches. I had such a great time here. I am already looking forward to coming back! :)
