My girlfriend had there the best night sleep in all of our Mexico trip - it was very quite and the bed was comfortable. The host is extremely nice :) He gave us great recommendation about restaurants and cenotes :) In the morning you can count on local breakfast prepared by the hosts which is very tasty and different every day :)

The kitchen and chill out area is in the backyard. Feels like in a jungle but is still in city center. Very lovely! Breakfast is great. You get various food with super nice bread as side dish, or served as sandwich. Basically it is the best bread I got during travelling. Water for free, bike and scooter rental and lots of information what to do in and around Valladolid. There was even a cooking class. Staff is super friendly without exception. We had booked the double room with private bathroom. Big and nice room. The shower is absolutely great! Also the best shower we had during travelling for two month. No noises during night.
