The staff were extremely helpful when I arrived from the airport I didn’t have any Nepali currency and I had to pay my taxi driver at the reception there was this wonderful sweet girl called Asha she just gave me the Nepali currency and said I can later change and give it back. The guy at the reception was also nice because after changing the money when I got back to the hotel Asha already let and it was Shankar he was very helpful too because my room was up on 6th floor and he helped me to carry my heavy luggage all the way up. The location is excellent as you are close to everything

The next day the street was flooded, under this extreme weather, the staff still made sure to provide us breakfast and sent us to another accommodation due to the flooding situation. Super responsible staff, very very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hostel.
