The young staff members are cute, helpful, and proactive. I love the balcony area with green plants—I sat there to chill every day. There was a power outage during my stay, but they offered a complimentary meal and massage. The massage was awesome—I even tipped the masseuse! The days I stayed, Bangkok was offering one week of free MRT rides due to air pollution. OMG, I didn’t have to pay a single penny for the MRT during my time there! Today I had to leave for the airport at 7pm for a long flight to Africa and, even though check out is at midday, they let me use the space and the bed until 7pm free of charge. I can only say good things about the hotel and the people who work there. I will be going back soon!
