Property information

80m2 house on two floors, facing a large private garden, next to a river. Located at the entrance of the beautiful and typical mountain village of Pal and just 10 minutes away from the Vallnord ski slopes. Ideal also in summer for lovers of mountain biking, hikers and all nature lovers in general. The house is located among trees, pleasant in all seasons. Practical and very well equipped house with a large garden that will delight children and adults.

Neighbourhood information

Pal Historic village that preserves all its charm. You have to stroll through cobbled streets surrounded by "bordes" (typical mountain houses), with the church of Sant Climent leading. Do not miss the visit to the Roman Andorran Interpretation Center. And further up the village, the ski and bike Vallnord resort. A place to get lost and breathe! It is very advisable to have a car to move because it is a place where public transport goes through not very often. Also, keep in mind that there is no store in Pal (except for the rental of ski equipment) but you will find restaurants.
