Being in Downtown Dubai is a blast, loads of cool stuff around. You can walk to the Burj Khalifa, the Dancing Fountains, and the Dubai Mall in just 5minute walk. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Located in in the heart of Dubai, Chalet Homes Apartments - 29 Boulevard is a 15minute walk to the Iconic Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountains and the Dubai Mall. Its' prime location allows convenient travel options and provides a variety of restaurants and mini-marts (with free grocery delivery) in the neighbourhood. Our spacious apartments are fully furnished. Each apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen(ette) with a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker/kettle, microwave and fridge. Laundry facilities with washing machine, iron, irozning-board and clothes rack are part of the setup. Take advantage of the gym facilities, outdoor swimming pool and kids playground with all-round 24H security all for the convenience of our guests. Popular points of interest include the Top of the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountains, the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. The apartment complex is approximately 1km from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Metro Station and 17km from the Dubai International Airport and we offer paid airport shuttle service.
