Noise policy:

We have no loud music policy post 10 pm. We would request you to refrain from playing loud music in or outside your room after 10 pm to avoid inconvenience to other guests and residents.

Speaker policy:

Speakers small or big are not allowed to be carried to any room without prior approval from management .

Nonsmoking / Shisha Policy:

Smoking inside any of the hotel rooms and suites is strictly prohibited.

An ashtray is provided should you wish to smoke outside on your balcony / terrace however the use of Shisha is strictly prohibited even on the balcony. This policy is strictly enforced and any guest found in breach of the hotel’s nonsmoking policy will be charged a fine of AED 1000 per night.

Car parking:

Self-parking is not permissible. We have valet services operational 24 hours for your assistance.

Occupancy charges:

Please insert the correct adults and children in your search to include the appropriate guest fees. Should the occupancy exceed the original bookings, extra fees for meals and extra beds will be chargeable upon check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of AED 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
