The Condo in Pillar Rock located on Yepton beach, it's a 10-minute ride to St. John's downtown (local markets) and 20-minute ride from airport. On the property have a shared swimming pool, BBQ grill and 2 walking distance beaches. (Yepton and deep bay/Fort Barrington) This condo has a beautiful ocean view and sunset view from Yepton and Deep Bay beach (Sunrise & Sunset).
