Located 20 minutes away from Berat this lovely house is in an old village of Berat, Paftal. Just on the edge of mount Shpirag (600 meters above sea level). Our home includes comfortable spaces, amazing views, a 360 degree balcony on the second floor. No neighbors closer than 200 meters. Our home has all the essentials included also we can offer extra services depending on the requests. The location is full of activities like hiking, sightseeing, old towns for visiting, etc.
Our villa is set in a peaceful, rural area just outside Berat, offering complete privacy and quiet. There are no other houses within 200 meters, so you’ll enjoy an undisturbed and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The closest place for food and drinks is a local bar/restaurant just a short walk away, open from morning until evening. It’s a great spot for traditional meals and coffee with a view.
