This spacious & stylish apartment is located near the center of Ballsh, a perfect blend of comfort & minimalist design. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this space is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups. You will love the high ceilings and large windows with natural light; a comfortable bedroom; a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a 65 inch Smart TV; a work space, high-speed internet and a bathroom with 2 WC units, a shower and a washing machine.
The property is located within a walking distance from shops, caffes and other services. Gas stations and car services/wash are located just across the street. In the town, you can visit the Basilica of St. Mary. The Bylis Archaeological Park is only 12 km far, Apollonia Archaeological Park and Monastery of Ardenica is 36 km, Vjosa Wild River Park is 12 km far and Historic Centres of Berat and Gjirokastër are 25 km and 87 km respectively. Vlora and the Albanian Riviera is only 62 km.
