Located only 10 minutes from downtown, 25 'of "Cerro Catedral Ski Center", 40' from "Cerro Bayo Ski Boutique" and 40 ' from "Villa La Angostura", this modern and welcoming 40m2 loft is located in the most beautiful resort of Bariloche, with own beach and lagoon, and great Nahuel Huapi´s lake and mountains view. Far from the noise, with the security of a gated community, it has a swimming pool, a restaurant and sauna within the complex. The unit has high quality and is fully equipped for 3 people: underfloor heating, double bed (King) + 1p bed, bathroom with restroom, kitchen, DirectTV, dishes, bedding, refrigerator, electric owen, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle. Large balcony / deck.
