5 spacious non-smoking apartments, tastefully furnished in a modern country style with a great attention to detail • Each apartment with balcony and/or terrace for 6 to 8 max. 10 people • Equipment: - Allergy-friendly mattresses as well as bedding and bedclothes - Microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob, baking oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Refrigerator with freezer and washing machine with dryer - kitchen equipment: spices, washing-up liquid, dishwashing sponge, tea towels, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tabs, grinder bags, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans - bathroom equipment: hand soap, toilet paper, towels, bidet - baby bed including bed linen, high chair, children's dishes, cutlery, bibs • Indoor: private bar in the basement (including music and lighting system) plus children's play area, sauna (finnish and infrared) with relaxing room, ski room with heated holders for ski boots • Outdoor: playground, garden with loungers and teracce´s with furniture, barbecue area with an open fire bowl, grill and goulash kettle, ski room, cleaning and storage space for bikes, charging of e-bikes • free parking, sat-TV, WiFi, pastry delivery • Sommercard • pets are not allowed

Neighborhood info

Our newly built apartment house is situated directly in Pruggern, in a popular ski resort Ski Amadé and a hiking region Schladming-Dachstein, Styria. Enjoy your holiday with us all year round, a few kilometres from Schladming and only an hour's drive from the festival city of Salzburg and three hours from Vienna. Winter - nearest Galsterberg (belongs to Ski Amadé) with a Gallic ski village is a family-friendly ski resort with a trailing track, fun park and freeride slopes. For its beautiful routes, it is very popular with ski tourers. It is located directly above the village of Pruggern and is easily accessible by car (about 4 km) or by ski bus (bus stop only 100 from us). Nearby major ski resorts are Hauser-Kaibling (8 km), Schladming-Planai (15 km) and Reiteralm (20 km). Summer - numerous opportunities await you from climbing and hiking to bicycle tours of hundreds of kilometers in beautiful mountains to the various family and entertainment activities. Since 2020, the offer for bike lovers is expanded to Bikepark Schladming. More information can be found on our website.
