This simplistic apartment is situated in Brixen im Thale. Ideal for a family or group, it has a balcony for you to sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the surroundings. The house is very suitable for the disabled, the doors are wide, no thresholds and there is an elevator. The nearest restaurants and local grocery stores are 300 m from the apartment. The forest and the lake are 5 km from the property if you wish to spend a day out in nature. This apartment has a balcony for you to relish a lovely cup of coffee with your dear ones. Parking and a carport are provided in the premises. Basement, landing and ski storage are provided for your convenience. You can park your car for free in the parking lot P5 in front of the house and the 2nd car in the carport behind the house under the roof P5, please note that you are parked under your own number. The heating can be regulated per room according to your wishes by means of a thermostat. You can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM. "
