Hello 😀 We are pleased to welcome you to our apartment. We are Julia and Andi and we live together in Schwendt. The apartment is located in Hochfilzen in my parents' house. My parents live there on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.😀

Central location. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is approx. 100m away. The railway station and the bakery can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The supermarket MPreis in about 10 minutes walk The ski area Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fiebebrunn can be reached in about 10 minutes by car / ski bus.
