Come enjoy this beautiful apartment in a unique, panoramic location located in Obertschern, a suburb just steps from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Your heart will make a leap when entering this apartment, because the “view” of Bad Kleinkircheim from this apartment is simply breathtaking! From the large, covered balcony (12 m2) you will be treated to a fantastic view of the Kleinkirchheim Valley and the surrounding mountain landscape. This is a high-quality and lovingly furnished two-room apartment, sunny in a stylish, small apartment complex with private entrance next to the Sonnwiesenbahn 1 and 2. The Sonnwiesenbahn connects the ski area of Bad Kleinkircheim with the ski area of Sankt Oswald. So an excellent place to access both areas. In addition, you have a private covered parking space in front of the door. In addition to the living room (with comfortable sofa bed with topper for 2 persons) with open kitchen, you also have a luxurious double bedroom (with slatted bed base, mattress with topper) and bathroom with shower. Nice to know: Tourist tax is included in our price!
