The holiday flat Hilda offers enough space for 2-4 persons on approx. 65m². A baby cot can also be added. A separate bedroom has a double bed with washing facilities. There is also a high-quality sofa bed in the living room with corner bench and dining table. The eat-in kitchen with cosy corner bench and dining table also invites you to socialise. This means that the living room can easily be converted into a bedroom. The spacious hallway offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.

The privileged location on a sunny mountainside is just right for those seeking relaxation. The house is in a very quiet location and yet it is only a five-minute walk to the centre of Brand, the golf course and the animal adventure trail. The ‘Dorfbahn’ ski lift is also located in the centre, providing access to the Brandnertal ski area. In good snow conditions, you can ski directly to the house (Ski In). And if the snow conditions are also good, you can also ski from the house to the Dorfbahn (ski out). A small stream flows down the mountain from the house: a little paradise that invites children to play. With the unobstructed panoramic mountain view and the adjoining meadows and forests, the house is a real holiday idyll! A spacious wooden terrace with an area of around 100 m2 (facing SE and SW) invites adults to enjoy the sunshine of the Brandner Valley.
