Cosy wooden design with modern facilities: Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, light-flooded living room with panoramic views of the mountains.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom, private balcony all round, beautiful sunbathing lawn on our roof terrace for shared use in summer.
Right in the centre but still in a very peaceful location. At the entrance of the romantic Spertental and at the foot of the Gro?er Rettenstein. 3 minutes by car to the ski areas Kitz Ski and Ski Welt Wilder Kaiser. 15 minutes from the town of Kitzb?hel. Easily accessible by public transportation.
