We both grew up here in the heart of the stunning Alps and feel deeply connected to this region. Sascha has turned his passion for nature and plants into a profession and has been working as a gardener for many years. Katharina works as a kindergarten teacher and loves her work with children. Together with our young son, we enjoy life surrounded by nature and the peacefulness of the mountains. We would be delighted if you spent your next holiday – whether in summer or winter – at Apartment House Lara & Lea and shared your impressions with us afterwards. Of course, we are always available for any questions or requests you may have!

Apartment House Lara & Lea Surrounded by green meadows and offering a stunning view of the Zillertal mountains, our Apartment House Lara & Lea is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing and carefree days in the Alps. Our house offers two lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday apartments: Apartment LARA – with a spacious 100 m² of living space, ideal for families or small groups. Apartment LEA – located on the lower ground floor, offering 70 m² of cozy comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. If you are traveling as a larger group (up to 12 people), you are welcome to rent the entire house and enjoy your holiday all together under one roof. Wi-Fi and private parking are available free of charge. The garden invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings — and is, of course, yours to use freely. For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski and boot drying room is available directly in the house.

Location & Surroundings Our cozy apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Zell am Ziller. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are easily and conveniently reachable on foot. In the winter, the nearby Zillertal Arena – one of the largest ski areas in the valley – offers perfectly groomed slopes and is just a 2-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can use the ski bus, with a stop only a few minutes’ walk from our house. A cross-country ski trail is also within easy walking distance. In the summer, the area transforms into a true hiking and climbing paradise, perfect for active holidaymakers. The newly developed Zell am Ziller leisure park, featuring playgrounds, a swimming pool, mini-golf, and much more, is just a 10-minute walk away – ideal for families and anyone looking for relaxation and variety.
