Our newly built house is located in a quiet and central location in Schwendau - an ideal starting point for leisure activities of all kinds, whether summer or winter. The apartment is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to 4 people. Facilities: - Entrance area with wardrobe - Kitchen with dining area - 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed 180 x 200 cm) - Bathroom with shower & WC - Ski room in the basement - Free parking directly in front of the apartment Location & Surroundings: - Bus stop for the local ski and guest bus only a 1-minute walk away - Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) reachable within a few minutes - Horbergbahn (Mayrhofner Bergbahnen) 1 km away
