Hello, I’m Vera :) I’m responsible for all our apartments in Zell am See, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Kaprun, Rauris, and Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße. Since we manage many apartments, it’s my job to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From the moment you book, I’m here to help you with any questions you may have. Of course, I have many inquiries to handle throughout the day, so I try to make things as simple as possible: Right after booking, I’ll send you all the information you need for your stay. From online check-in to my key boxes and the information on the inside of your apartment door, I aim to answer all your questions in advance.

The chalet features 5 bedrooms, including a cozy attic bedroom with a double bed and a double sleep sofa. On the first floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms and a room with 2 single beds. The lower floor offers the 5th bedroom, along with an entertainment room featuring table tennis and table football, as well as a wellness area – a true highlight of the chalet.

Neighborhood info

The chalet is nestled in the beautiful valley of Schmitten, just a short walk from the nearest ski lift and the center of Zell am See. In winter, blue piste Nr. 7 brings you almost right to the front door, almost ski-in & ski-out (about 50 meters walk). In the summer, hiking trails start on your doorstep, and the lake is only a 10-minute walk through town.
