Our K offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Tyrolean alps. The relaxing appartment is 65 m² and well equipped. The K is perfect for 4 people, if you don’t mind also 6 people can spend the holiday together in our K. The highlight is our fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook a tasty meal with your family. You can enjoy your evening after a sporty adventure or play a board game with your friends or family. We offer a lot of games for you. Our kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a water boiler. Moreover we offer dishes, cutlery, glasses, spices, oil and vinegar. In the appartment there are two sleeping rooms. Room No. is equipped with a 1,40 m bed, room no. 2 has two 1,40 m beds in it. In both sleeping rooms you will find a flat TV. Bed linen are included. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. We provide towels and a hairdryer. After talking about it every year on our trips, it was 2017 finally come and we have decided to fulfill our dream of owning a small rental. In 2019 we renovated the house completely and now we can offer a brand new holiday appartment. We are married since 2016, love to travel and enjoy our time together as often as possible in the beautiful mountains that surround our home. Whether hiking or cycling in summer, or skiing or tobogganing in winter. Oetz is a well-known and family-friendly summer and winter sports resort right in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. The cable cars of the hiking and skiing region Hoch-Oetz can be reached within a 5-minute walk from our accommodation. Furthermore, numerous other skiing and hiking areas such as Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgel are nearby. In addition to numerous restaurants and bars, there are also shops for young and old and if the weather does not play along, a visit to the Tyrol thermal baths "Aqua-Dome" in Längenfeld offers, to let the soul really hang out and to relax (about 20 minutes by car). In summer, the Area 47 offers outdoor action with no limits and you can experience everything from rafting, wake boarding to the 30m high ropes course. In the evening DJs and a super party location provide the right mood and you can party until the wee hours. The area is about 5 minutes away by car.
