Romantic Getaway / Family Trip / Big Group Newly Renovated family friendly design apartment/house/chalet in Seefeld. 2min walk to town centre (no car needed). Shuttle bus stop in front of the house. Large living area w/ sunny balcony (panoramic views). Fully equip kitchen. Free WIFI. Supermarket 100m. Great location for day trips. Perfect in both Summer and Winter, relaxing private apartment with everything a group or family would enjoy. Renovated with Mid Century Modern Styled Decor in each apartment. The house is spread over two floors, with an internal stair. The house can be used as two separate apartments or as a single house depending on the number of guests. There are two flats, each flat consists of: Main Bedroom - comfortable Austrian king size bed (180cm wide x 200cm) + wardrobe Kids Bedroom - comfortable 160cm long bed + toys Living Room - 2x new sofa beds (130cm wide x 190cm). Bedding will be supplied on request. Kitchen - fully equipped for cooking, high chair etc may be available on request. Fridge with freezer. Shower/Bath - with vanity unit and sink. Baby bath tub available on request. WC - with hand basin.
My husband grew up in Seefeld so we are locals to the area. We have extensive knowledge of the area and are more than happy to give you as much information as we can about things to do and see when visiting Seefeld. We are available for contact if there is anything specific you are looking to see or do and need some ideas. Languages : English, German, Chinese/ Cantonese, Some Russian and Some Japanese.
Traditional apartment situated in a great family friendly location, with everything near by for your Summer or Winter holiday. Even in the quiet "off season", there is so much beautiful scenery to take in, whether walking, hiking or cycling. Something for all the family, or a trip with friends. There is a large sunny garden for all guests to use. Cross Country Skiing starts 200-300m away from the house. Woods kitchen bar/restaurant 280m Weinstube restaurant 400m Casino Seefeld 450m Fußgängerzone(shopping and village center) 350m Eurospar (large supermarket) 100m Olympia Sport & Kongress Center 300m Ice Rink 300m Railway Station 500m 7 minute walk from Seefeld in Tirol's train station, there is also a taxi rank at the station, which also serves as the main bus station. 2.25 hours from Munich airport, 20 mins from Innsbruck airport. There is also a free village bus that stops right outside the house.
