Wij zijn Hans en Erna Koolhof en hebben in 2008 ons hart verpand aan Oostenrijk. Wij komen zelf uit Holland. De locatie en het gebouw en de vele mogelijkheden in Karinthie om te vertoeven gaf de doorslag. In de loop der jaren hebben wij het pand en de appartementen opgeknapt en met veel liefde ingericht. Verder zijn wij zelfstandig en verheugen ons steeds weer op nieuwe gasten want gezelligheid staat hier hoog in het vaandel.

Al bij aankomst vinden wij het belangrijk gelijk kontakt te krijgen met de gasten en ze eventueel een drankje aan te bieden. Wij zijn open en gasten zeggen altijd dat ze zich op hun gemak voelen hier Tevens zijn wij altijd gelijk ter plekke wanneer er een probleem om dit gelijk op te lossen. Wij staan in principe 1 hond toe tegen vergoeding en een babybed of kinderstoel zijn voorradig.
Neighbourhood information
's nachts is het heel rustig hier, landelijke ligging. Er is een kleine Spar in het dorp en zelfs 2 restaurants waar men tegen een leuke prijs heel goed kan eten. Er rijdt eeen paar keer per dag een bus en naar Feldkirchen is het 15 minuten rijden met de auto.
Er zijn vele bezienswaardigheden of actieve trips mogelijk.
