*A traditional farm house that has been recently renovated. *3KM to the main Nassfeld Gondola. 110 KM SKI PISTE for beginners to intermediate and summer actives. *Two floor house, 3 x Bedrooms, Private entrance hall, Cozy log burner in the dining room, Full size kitchen, Dining room, Separate lounge space , Bathroom, Private ski/ boot room. Off road parking for up to 2 cars. Garden with outdoor patio with seating area and BBQ, Under cover storage for bikes. (N.B: ADDITIONAL BATHROOM / toilet AVAILABLE from DECEMBER 2025 on the GROUND FLOOR) *Bedroom 1 can be split into 2 single beds -bakery service available for delivery every morning. OUTSIDE; -Garden -Garden toys for children. -Chickens. -Free use of sledges in winter. *Nassfeld SUMMER holiday + card members - INCLUDED in PRICE ADDITIONAL INFO: TOURIST TAX 2.70 Euro PPPN from the age of 16 NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE- COLLECTED ONSITE. As mentioned the property has recently been renovated inside. The exterior walls, e.g painting, are yet to be completed. No works are carried out in the seasonal period.
