The house is perfect for those looking to ski at the Hochkönig ski area as it provides ski storage and is a mere 600m from the Ski lift. In spring and summer, the house is surrounded by vast green meadows and guests really enjoy being amidst the lap of nature. Maria Alm offers many options and is very popular during these seasons. Thanks to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for many daytrips to Salzburg or Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the "World of the Ice Giants". Additional charges for charging of electric or hybrid cars will apply.
