Enjoy an unforgettable mountain holiday in our charming vacation home – Kohlis Alpine Home. This spacious chalet offers 220 m² of living space, accommodating up to 10 guests, and seamlessly combines modern design with alpine charm – perfect for families and groups, whether in summer or winter. The house features 3 cozy bedrooms with beautiful wooden accents, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with a bathtub), and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an island, a spacious dining area, and an inviting sofa. From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace or into our lovely garden, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Within just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the diverse Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, which includes both the Schmittenhöhe and the impressive Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer, the possibilities in the Salzburg region are endless! On warm days, the picturesque Zeller See is only a 5-minute drive away, offering opportunities for swimming, boating, or simply relaxing by the shore.
