In einem ehem. Kloster inklusive Arkadenhofflaire zeigt sich das Studio 12 in sehr zentraler Lage am Hauptplatz Linz.
Egal ob für einen Städte-, Businesstrip oder als Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Art von Freizeitaktivitäten wie z.B. Radfahren, eignet sich die im 1.Stock gelegene Wohnung sehr.

The Appartment very central located at the mainsquare of Linz , you are almost everywhere within 15 Minutes. All you need you can find walkable within 5 minutes. You got the tramstation in front of the building, the danube is nearby and all the cultural offers are around. All kinds of restaurants and Bars are in the neighborhood.
