It is a just a 3-minute walk to the centre of Kitzbühel and 400 metres to the Kitzbühler Horn ski lift. Each apartment offers modern facilities and scenic views. At the Villa Anna you will find your own private design Apartment in the heart of Kitzbuhel. Each Apartment is unique with interiors styled by 'Design by Dida'.

Neighbourhood information

The Villa Anna is in the center of Kitzbuhel. There are many fine gourmet restaurants within walking distance. The Kitzbuhel Horn lift is a five minute walk, and the Ski bus stops directly in front of the Villa. We have a great little cafe, for coffee and croissants perfect for a bite right before the beginning of the day.
