Convenient CBD location, close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Close to Free City Loop bus stop. Long stays welcome. Free Wifi and Netflix, dedicated work desk. Air conditioning to Lounge and Bedroom 1, ceiling fans to all bedrooms and lounge, and pedestal fan provided. Balcony overlooks Hurtle Square. Bedroom 1 has Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single beds and Bedroom 3/TV has fold-out sofabed (note sofabed has a medium-density 4" foam mattress and use as a bed restricts use of Bedroom 3 to a bedroom only). Portacot available for infants on request (no charge). Free shared use of tennis court (equipment provided) and sauna. Free use of picnic tables on Plaza. Electric BBQ on Plaza courtyard use at cost. Free use of allocated parking space. EV charging available (at cost).
Ian is an experienced host, hosting short and medium term guests for 8 years, and lives in another apartment on site. He believes in 'going the extra mile' to make guests as comfortable as possible and make their stay as pleasant as possible.
Quiet mainly residential area. Two hotels, several coffee/breakfast shops, numerous restaurants conveniently located nearby. OTR convenience store 2 minute walk, short walk to IGA mini-market. 10 minute walk to Central Market precinct and main shopping precinct. Close to bus routes (including Free City Loop bus service). Near Glover children's playground and basketball courts.
