Spacious three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse in a great location. Walk to the river for kayaking, fishing and close to the boatramp and shops. Bennetts Beach and Jummys Beach are just a short distance away. Cross the bridge to Tea Gardens great restaurants and the Tea Gardens Hotel. The townhouse has a great courtyard for outdoor entertaining and BBQs. Large plasma TV with DVD, there are 2 additional TVs in the bedrooms. This property has airconditioning.
