A cosy newly renovated property is located on Bacchus Marsh Road, Geelong and is an hour from Australia's finest beaches on Great Ocean Road. Newly renovated, this modern but cozy 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom with twin beds in every room is conveniently located 5 minutes from Corio village, Maccas and KFC. A minute from bus stop that takes you to Geelong station, you won't miss having a car. This property is uniquely situation ten minutes from Avalon Airport and Geelong CBD. Long drive way that can park a caravan or there cars. There is a tenant upstairs that is quiet and does not share the drive way so it's all yours to park .

Quiet and safe family neighborhood . Secure property with lot of privacy as it has a gate that can be rolled shut. There is a tenant upstairs who does not use the drive way to park his car so the drive way is all yours . He had a separate door to enter his home and does not disturb the guests. Close access to shopping centre , Corio Quay and freeway, this property is in a very good location. Quiet and friendly neighbours who have lived there for decades speak of the serenity. A service road shields the sound and gives it extra privacy.
