Walk to the MCG, AAMI Park, Hisense and Rod Laver Arena and experience an Australian Rules football game or see a world-famous artist in concert. A few minutes from 381 Cremorne is Swan Street, one of Melbourne's newest dining hot spots where you will find a wide selection of dining options from fine dining to casual eateries. Federation Square and the city centre is just a quick five minute tram ride away or you can stroll along the Yarra River via the Royal Botanical Gardens to the NGV and arts precinct. If you are driving to the property, please use the address '1 Rout Street, Cremorne' for directions. This address will direct you towards the back of the building. Once you have arrived, please call the hotel for carpark access. Parking fees apply.

Neighbourhood information

381 Cremorne is situated across from Gosch's Paddock and overlooks AAMI Park. Also nearby, Rod Laver, John Cain, Hisense, and Margaret Court Arena are all within walking distance. An easy 5-10 minute walk from the property will get you to AAMI Park and the MCG. As 381 Cremorne is situated right near the corner of Swan Street, there are plenty of restaurants and food outlets for guests to enjoy. This central location means we are in the region of 50 bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. There is also a large Coles Supermarket that is within walking distance and offers an online delivery service. For families, the Yarra River is across the road through the park and boasts a great area for children to ride their bikes, skateboards, and scooters. Our building is very secure, with security swipes required for entry into the reception area after hours and for each individual floor. Reception is staffed 9 AM - 5 PM from Monday - Saturday, with reduced hours on Sunday of 10 AM -4 PM. After-hours Duty Manager is on call.
