Perfect for a large family with a spacious wrap around balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ that opens off the living area. 'Bay Parklands' provides the perfect getaway for those who want to walk to the beach, have beautiful grounds for the children to play and also have access to all the facilities that the complex offers such as tennis court and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an internal laundry offering a washing machine and dryer. Ensuite off the main bedroom and a huge corner bath in the main bathroom and seperate toilet. Park the car and forget the hassles of the traffic, walk to little beach, marina, restaurants and Diggers Club. Sheets and towels are provided at the unit, no pets and no party policy in place.
