This two bedroom apartment is very comfortable and perfect for couples, family or elderly.  The spacious air conditioned living area opens out onto the large balcony with alfresco dining and an electric BBQ.  The unit features a modern bathroom with a full size bath, shower and toilet, there is also a second toilet available in a powder room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge and full cooking facilities, internal laaundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. Right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a lift that takes you straight down into the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shops, restaurants and cafes! Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
