The ‘Ledger’ apartment offers a unique experience. Built in 1883 and recently renovated, the upstairs apartment exudes the rustic charm of its past life melded with all the conveniences of modern day living. Cosy spaces and contemporary furnishings radiate a sense of calm and holiday vibe.
We love to travel, enjoy the outdoors, good food and wine. We are local to this wonderful town and would be happy to help you with anything you may need to know or do around the area.
Yarrawonga is a friendly regional town and welcomes visitors. The CBD is on your doorstop, cafes and boutique shopping are all within walking distance from the apartment. The foreshore has children's playgrounds, skate park, cycling track, adult fitness equipment and a walking path including some areas of nature reserve to enjoy picnic or stroll through. The area is renown for its water sports, golf courses and fishing activities. Push bikes can be hired close by and in the summer a host of water activities are available for adults and childen alike. The Rutherglen wine region and the Milawa gourmet food region are an easy drive for a day out. The apartment location provides the perfect location for walking to most places of interest. Courtesy buses operate regularly to and from the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf club, Club Mulwala RSL and the Mulwala Water Ski Club.
