HOUSE RULES -Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, parties, or events -Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below). -Booking for 6 or fewer guests but needing the sofa bed? Extra linen fee of 140 AUD applies—please request this at booking. In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 8. Day visitors: up to 4 extra people (total max 12 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of 110 AUD. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Checkin details will be sent the night before. -We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. -We provide a cot and highchair. Please BYO linen -There is ducted heating/AC in the common areas and master bedroom. The other 2 rooms have portable heating/cooling fans.

Property information

Our family loves Applegarth and we hope that you do too. It is five acres of seclusion, yet only 800 metres down the road from the iconic Robertson Hotel. You get the whole acreage to yourself. Whether it’s a brilliant blue day or it’s shrouded in atmospheric ‘Robertson mist’ you feel like you have escaped from the world into a slice of Highlands calm.

Neighbourhood information

Owner Tips: a) We love Pizzas in the Mist on the main street – the Peking Duck Pizza (with broccoli!) is particularly amazing. Its opening days are patchy though. b) There are a number of good cafes on the main street, but Moonacres is the local favourite. c) If you walk down further down Fountaindale Road the view opens up beautifully towards the coast within a few minutes. If you walk down the road for a few more minutes and then turn right onto Maugher’s Lane, you get a variety of beautiful views. d) The small Robertson Rainforest Walk on South Street is a quick and easy walk- it is beautiful, very close to town and there is often no one there. It gives you a sense of what the local Yarrawa Rainforest was like when it covered the land around Robertson. e) Just a little further away, Carrington Falls and Belmore Falls are both beautiful. You can swim around Carrington.
