Avoca House is a heritage listed federation home in the township of Mudgee, it's a flat 10- 15 min walk to the town centre. Avoca House is a charming home that boasts original heritage features while also offering modern comforts to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Property features; * 3 Bedrooms, 1 x King bed, 2 x queen beds, 1 king single, 1 double sofa bed in the lounge room * Large back deck with BBQ, outdoor table and plenty of seating * Main lounge room offers a new wood burning fire, bay window, smart TV, DVD's books, games * Second living space off the main bedroom * Main bathroom contains a shower and toilet * Second toilet located in the laundry * Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge room * Renovated and well equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. * Dining table is set for 6 people but can extended to 10 people easily * Heated in-ground pool (closed during winter) * Undercover parking for two cars * Well loved garden with fruit trees
Holly owns and manages Avoca House, as a Blue Mountains local she would often visit Mudgee and fell in love with the Mudgee region and all it has to offer. You can't go past the great wine, pictures country side, delicious food, and Mudgee community spirit. I purchased Avoca House in 2018 and is slowly restoring and renovating the property, when it's vacant you'll often find me tending to the garden or taking on a renovation or restoration project. I enjoy being able to share this lovely heritage home with our guests and being able to offer them a memorable and enjoyable holiday.
