Located in the Mirvac Sebel Tower, on the 7th floor of the Sebel Hotel building. Why stay in a pokey motel room when you can stay in a fully furnished residential apartment for less. Full use of facilities including heated swimming pool, gym and spa. Undercover secure parking for two cars. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with one queen and two king singles bed and can accommodate 4. The two king singles can be joined to make a full size king bed, please advise your preference when booking. High calibre property in a great location within walking distance to the town centre and easy access to the walkway. Apartment overlooks the Mandurah marina facing north with ocean views from the 7th floor balcony. Rates include a weekly linen and towel change.
