With plenty of space to spread out and relax, it provides the perfect holiday for families or a fun getaway with friends! From this lovely coastal home you can see beautiful Blairgowrie beach framed at the end of the tree-lined street, just an easy 600m stroll away. The bay beach is great for swimming and family friendly beach days! Blairgowrie and Rye shops and restaurants are also close by, and Sorrento's vibrant shopping strip is only a short drive away. Explore Mornington Peninsula's many offerings including golf, sailing, fishing, water sports, world class wineries or the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs from this great location. HOUSE FEATURES: Blairgowrie Beach Days has been freshly painted and updated throughout with beautiful scandi inspired styling. It features brand new comfortable beds and bed linen, brand new furniture and furnishings as well as an updated kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine. This coastal home consists of 2 levels - the entry level (downstairs) has the studio/3rd bedroom with a double bed, living area, single sofa bed, TV, bathroom and laundry facilities. There is also an outdoor patio to relax and take in the tranquil garden views and sea breezes while sitting in the hanging chair. The second level (upstairs) is the main hub of the home with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, Smart TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a wrap around balcony overlooking the gardens with an outdoor lounge, BBQ, chairs and table for alfresco entertaining. Both levels can be accessed via the external staircase (there is no internal staircase). Other features include 2 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, wall heaters in upstairs lounge and bedrooms, pedestal fans in the bedrooms and lovely peaceful outdoor sitting areas set amongst the coastal gardens, with a fire pit to enjoy on the cooler evenings.

Blairgowrie is located on a thin strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south, nestled between the popular beach resorts Sorrento and Rye. Blairgowrie boasts a charming shopping village, situated opposite the bay beach, featuring a gourmet supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants and cafes. Calm and safe sandy beaches front onto Port Phillip which are popular with swimmers and families. Also fronting Port Phillip is the extensive Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron boat harbour which is a hive of water craft activity. Spectacular walks and scenery can be enjoyed in the Mornington Peninsula National Park which runs along the rugged Bass Strait coastline. There are numerous walking tracks along cliff tops, through sand dunes and down to the beaches below.
